******SPOILERS AHEAD******
Reading about The Manager's past added so much clarity to the plot. I've wondered for sometime if the Manager was the Owl, and that was cleared up here! But what's unfortunate is that somehow the CCG has also become aware of such information..
But while tying up one end, they've opened up a brand new question - Is the CCG involved in manufacturing Ghouls? If that's true, it adds a whole new problem to the existing set of issues.
But the part I loved was when Hide and Touka met and talked about Ken. I felt bad for them, a Ghoul and a Human, pining and waiting for the same person. But soon after, my eyes were treated to Touka finally getting to meet Ken. Though Ken is awfully strong now, her words struck him and managed to give her a leeway to tackle him. Way overdue but she managed to knock some sense into him!!
However my happiness was short-lived as the Doves are planning an all-out attack on Anteiku right when Ken has chosen to return. This boy seriously can't seem to catch a break!!
