This was mostly Kuvira-centric and I have no complaints. A satisfying end to the series but I still wish there was more!

I loved this series. I’m glad about Kuvira’s growth and I’m glad we got to see more of a back story in her life. I really like how they didn’t ignore what they did. They talked about it and took responsibility for their actions. Kuvira & Bataar Jr. reunionish was written amazingly. Nothing was sugarcoated and they had a real conversation.

I enjoyed this, the Avatar comics have always been fun to read, a little bit more time seeing the world unfold.

The only problem with is that it’s too short and that there aren’t any more of them

3 stars. Kuvira’s redemption arc is complete and it was great. I just thought this installment was pretty subpar. Everything was built up only for it all to resolve so easily and it was very anticlimactic. I wanted more action and the confrontation between Kuvira and Guan should’ve been a lot more exciting than what it was. Oh, well. This was still a great series.
