The only real problem I had was that I liked Zanna significantly less than I like Sophie, hopefully that will change though!

I really liked the book, it wasn't as good as the first one but it was still really good. It's got a lot of " I didn't see that coming" places in it so that is bonus points IMHO.

I really enjoy this author. His books are light and easy-going, and perfect for young kids. The first book could be a stand-alone, and while this books initial story ends, it is also left as a cliffhanger into the next book. I enjoyed the weaving of Eskimo myths into this, and look forward to grabing the rest of the books.

It had been a while since I finished the first book so it took me a while to get into this. With how this picks up, I needed to read this closer to finishing the first book. I still got into the story and very much enjoyed though. Can't wait for the next one!!
