Took my precious time to get through this thing, but it's an absolutely ESSENTIAL reference book and compendium of the horror novels that proliferated during the 70s and 80s mostly. I know I've filled up my Kindle with a smattering of the works mentioned here, and I can't wait to dive into some of them very soon (specifically Michael McDowell's works).
Can't recommend this highly enough, it's a brisk read and a stunning collection of artwork that otherwise would probably go unremarked-upon.

This book is absolutely fantastic for the vintage horror lover! Bringing you facts and trivia about 70s and 80s horror, this book will give you a TON of stuff to add to your reading list.
