I enjoyed this book, although I confess I did not understand what the story with Boris was all about. Perhaps this is because I missed the first book. But the Illuminati storyline was amusing and *very* entertaining. The absolute highlight for me was a sequence with the ghost of John Lennon. I almost feel like it could have been it's own minicomic, but its inclusion here made for a gripping little subplot. Overall a pretty good mix of existential dread and nihilist satire, but as I say, I wasn;t gripped by the main character.
