I had to read another Kotter book for work and found this one at Value Village. It seemed to be along the same lines as the other one, so I figured this would be a good buy, and honestly I was shocked by what a good buy it was. It went through Kotter's process of change management in a way that was interesting and accessible to someone without any business background. It definitely helped me understand what I'm working on a lot more clearly than anything else at this point. Honestly, it was cute and informative, which is an awesome combo.

Great short allegory on change management. Both organizational structure and flexibility are required

This was a really thought provoking look at organizational change. The parable style worked nicely to communicate ideas that are really hard to put into practice.

Definitely worth reading for most people who are in a traditional management heavy organization.

Interesting concept using a parable to impart the lessons held within this book. Overall enjoyable read and very doable for anyone who is taking part in work professional development group.

Hmm hmm. A meercat story as an audiobook. How does a meercat speak? There might have been deeper insights in the book and a lesson to learn and something about a two by two box drawings, but all I could think about was the choice of making the meercats sound like Finnish rally drivers.
