I loved this book. From the very beginning I loved Avi as a character. He's just so fun and carefree and no matter what Kyran did or said to him he always encouraged and helped Kyran when he needed him.
I also loved Kyran from very early in the book. It took a little bit to really get his character and that he was struggling with something that made him act and do the things he was doing.
What happened when Kyran was 12 was absolutely horrible. And his parents were wrong for putting the blame on him for what happened instead of the adult man that abused Kyran. And even after other kids had come forward, Kyran's parents still did nothing and told him to push down his feelings and forget about it. I will say Kyran's dad does have a small redemption towards the end and actually tries to make his relationship with Kyran better.
I absolutely loved Kyran and Avi together. I loved the way they got together as well. It was fun reading a story about two people doing onlyfans for money after their family's business goes under and they have to give a way to pay for college. Avi starting out solo then agreeing to a collaboration with his best friend that involves Kyran. I loved seeing his and Kyran's relationship over the course of doing videos for the fans and how it evolved from supposed hate into mutual love for each other. The two of them have absolutely incredible chemistry. I'm really happy that Kyran found his safe space with Avi.
There's so much I could say about this but a lot of it would be spoiling it so I'll leave it there. But I would absolutely recommend this book.
