This one was definitely an improvement after second book. Mainly because we again go away from YA and back into more adult fantasy.

Great worldbuilding, with a rich pantheon. Side plots feel somewhat low stakes compared to Vin's main plot. Great character development for Spook. Some solid twists and turns. A little too much exposition, particularly in the epigraphs, which sometimes spoil interesting mysteries.
