Cute read

This was a cute read witha hea. The characters were great. Only think that made it hard to get into this book was the use of parade for me and the inventive alternatives to swearing by one character.

So, do you like to read stories with smart writing?Characters so real that they refuse to stay on the page? Well these are only a few things you get when you pick up a book by my favorite Kelly Kay!

Welcome back to the Sonoma Valley, where we get to be reunited with the Five families! I am so happy to be back! We have met David Gelbert in Kelly’s previous books, and to be honest he was a bit of a douchebag, he’s the kindof character that you really do not want to like. But with all characters in a Kelly Kay story, David is more than what we are lead to believe. His life is about to go in a direction he is just isn’t prepared for, and it is absolutely amazing to watch him grow and become a better man, and probably one of my favorite of Kelly’s characters.

Then there is Natalie, she is just wants to belong somewhere, she thinks she may have finally found her place here with the five families, maybe. This is a bumpy road of self discovery for Natalie, but the question is will she get out of her own way and find her home in this beautifully vined place?

Kelly Kay is on the top of my list of 1-clicks, I don’t read any teasers, or blurbs I always go in blind, because I know whatever she puts out will have a little drama, plenty of heart and the perfect amount of heat.

If you haven’t read a Kelly Kay story I do not know what you are waiting for! I have yet to be disappointed, so please take a chance. You really need these books in your life!
