This series is literally one of the cutest things I've every read! I've said it before and I'll say it again that this series just blows me away with its simplistic beauty. Kaori and Kosei are everything!

YLiA is above rating. Rating can't justify YLiA, and my feelings.

This volume of Your Lie in April really focused on how to help Arima move past his trauma with his late mother. As always the art was phenomenal. This was one of the slower volumes of this character driven manga, but so enjoyable and I am excited to see how Arima grows in the next volume.

Page 27. So perfect. A moment of surprise. A moment of empathy. All told without a word.

This volume is very important for setting up Kaori's story, but it doesn't lose focus of Kousei's journey. Lovely art. Light comedic touches. And audiences awashed in screentone somehow feeling painted in color. Excellent volume.

Kousei and Kaori are preparing for the gala concert, practicing together constantly, and bickering like true friends. Another excellent volume!
