It's a great read and although the plot twist was shocking, I think this book was a little predictable. However I definitely recommend it.

This is probably my favorite of hers so far! The characters were all fantastic, I was shocked by every twist, and I loved the high stakes of family drama, where everything, even your very identity, is on the line.

3.5 stars. this was actually a very enjoyable entertaining read. i have a mixed history with karen m. mcmanus, but i think this is her best book yet. while i did predict one aspect of the plot, there were others that i didn’t see coming and that was good. it’s not the best ya thriller i’ve ever read, but it was very entertaining and i had a great time reading it.
