I feel like I have read this book before but since it was not on my "read" list, I figured I'd give another go. It was interesting to read some of the historical cases, especially the first two that involved, at least tangentially, Thomas Jefferson. And I learned something new, namely that there exists a way to prevent rifling characteristics from being left on a bullet.
The final case discussed was the semi-recent Virigina Tech shooting. It went somewhat in-depth into the shooter's past but mostly focused on the events of the day and the aftermath.
