I had to DNF at 90%. The conflict was a little ridiculous and the entire story dragged on. I like other books by Sadie Moss but this one just did not do it for me.

Book is pretty dragged out and fluffy. Nothing of real depth in the relationships or plot, incl relationships amongst the guys and whatnot. The romance was a bit too cookie cutter and anticlimactic. The conflict at the end seemed silly too.
Overall felt like a rather traditional heteronormative romance with an omegaverse angle. But even the usual omegaverse lore felt weak.
Also a guy name Cruz from Minnesota?
And medical debt dies with a person usually. She wouldn’t need to keep paying that after her grandmother died.
for the games, family members would be in a box not in the stands

yet another amazing alpha omega book.
this was my first hockey romance and sadie moss didn't disappoint.
I normally don't like the pregnancy trope but since it happened at the end in a cute fucking way, I'll let it slide.

This book was not bad. It was happy and fluffy. It was a good palette cleanser but I got bored by the end. I definitely liked the first book better though. Overall not bad. I liked the audiobook narrators but I couldn’t tell the men apart when the women narrator spoke. It made it harder to follow and would’ve been so much better as a duet narration.

Sehr gut, aber der Schreibstil ist manchmal etwas wiederholend. Die Konflikte werden schnell gelöst, es gibt viele Szenen, wo die Protas glücklich zusammen sind.
Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Car accident, Medical content, and Death of parent
Minor: Fatphobia, Pregnancy, Abandonment, and Cancer

The plot on this one was a little lackluster. The other in the series had a much stronger plot line. Like the main premise of the book is pretty much resolved right away and then you’re just wondering what is the point why are we continuing on. The “climax” was alright but was initiated/resolved almost immediately after it happened. Just didn’t hit the spot.
