Popsugar challenge 2023 #7-Advanced: A book about a holiday that isn't Christmas.

4½ ⭐, rounded up

I am super not into astrology, so I had reservations, but I found the astrological references were not too heavyhanded.

The main character is human and relatable. And so was having a family dynamic that can bring out the worst in everyone. This book is definitely a comedy and I laughed through the whole book, but it also has a lot of poignant moments that brought tears to my eyes.

Very quick, fun read.

Hilarious read. I’m not sure I’d call the romance the central focus of the book, but it was still incredibly enjoyable. It unexpectedly also made me shed a few tears. No spice.

It took me far too long to read this just because I was reading with others🤭 this was such a surprising good fun read! Light hearted and funny but also has some emotional moments. A great portrayal of family dynamics during the holidays!
