This is such a good book, wow. I read it after watching the movie so I can’t say I experienced all the shocks, but I loved it nonetheless. The mental health representation and the general messages are so well-presented and important and I think everyone should read this. Part of me wishes it was longer, but I think it was perfect honestly. I also really loved the writing style! Very creative.

oml this book. this book. i think this is my new favorite, but i guess like charlie said, it is until i read the next one. i got very emotional and that end and teared up. i don’t even know what to say. the concept of writing letters to someone you have never and will never meet is so fascinating, and i might start writing my journal entries like that ;). but really, this book is truly something special, and it makes me feel…..infinite.

A beautiful but emotional read. Deals with heavy topics, but hearing Charlie’s thoughts and experience coming to understand some difficult things about himself and his past is so well done.
