I worship Jeffrey Brown when it comes to his interpretation of Star Wars mixed in with comedy and I have found that every book that he has published reaches above and beyond the 5-Star rating for me but this book I did not feel that spark of enthusiasm. Probably this book is bit too young for me especially since the demographic is for children but I came across pages where it was difficult to understand the jokes so imagine a child who does not know or understand sarcasm to get the punch line of the joke.

This book deals as usual with Star Wars related topics so you get to see Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, and countless other iconic characters in this franchise. Every page is different and there's no plot to the book. I would consider this as a book of jokes because every page features a different character who is making funny commentary, inside jokes that only fans of the Star Wars universe would understand or extremely random moments of nonsense.

I do not know what age range is this book appropriate for children but if your child has seen the Original Trilogy, and they watch the Clone Wars animated show religiously then you are in good hands with this book. There is an inside joke that references about the Clone storm troopers which I found to be hilarious and was laughing close to the point of tears and looking back now I believe that was the only joke that was worth comedy merit.

Most likely if this was an actual story like all of Jeffrey Brown books then this would have gotten a perfect score but since this was a book of jokes meant for children I believe I may avoid similar books in the future. Until next time... May the Force be with you.

Probably the weakest of Jeffrey Brown's Vader books. A bit hit and miss.

Adorable, of course, and Brown this time really digs deep into the Star Wars universe for fodder. Or Bantha poodoo, if you wish. However you say it, its super cute and fun for any SW fan.

This is cute and I chuckled out loud a couple of times but, it just isn't as good as the previous two.

Another collection by Jeffrey Brown that's as adorable as it is hilarious! The clone panels were my favorite, and the last page made me 'aww' out loud. :)
