Darker and more violent as the building confrontations of this series come together in an explosive conclusion, Vol.5 brings a strong ending to a series that has been a lot of fun to read from the very start.

I'm still a little surprised the story didn't go on longer, but in only five volumes, Takaki has created a dramatic adventure full of engaging characters and exciting storytelling. I'm sad to see it end, but it delivered most everything I hoped to see from this series.

It almost made me so emotional to see them fight as one against the villain 🥹 such a freagin masterpiece! 😩this story had so much potential. All 3 characters’ past could have been explored like reiji’s brother, ichika’s mother and jiro’s all these questions were left unanswered. The characters were so much fun to read. And as amagi suggested they could have fought against some other future villains or enemies. I wish this series was revived!

this had so much potential and couldve gone down so many routes and backstories if this wasn't axed so early on,, it was still enjoyable tho and I liked jiro and most of the characters. I also really liked kouga and would've loved to see him get a fully flushed out arc but alas :(((

Why did this series end?! The story was enjoyable and the art was amazing. Maybe the story was something that was seen before but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. The Mangaka ended the story very well but with some wiggle room that could lead to more chapters. Maybe a miracle will happen. I know it probably won't but let me dream.

Quite possibly one of the best drawn mangas I've ever read. The level of detail Takaki puts in his art is outstanding. You open a double page spread and your eyes are in for a feast. Fight scenes greatly benefit from his art style.

But as a story, it's a generic shounen as they come.

I really wish there was more! Feels like this story and the characters journeys are only just getting started! I really enjoyed this adventure and seeing Jiro and Rango bonding. Plus our original star three. A good series glad I read it.
