i know i’m reading coppaganda but it’s not usually SO OVERT. i struggled with the commentary on societal issues that was so bad and off base. i need less of that in my pulp genre reading

okay karin, i see you. i really love all of karin’s books, so it’s no surprise i loved this one too. this is the 9th book in the Will Trent series, and you could definitely read them as standalones, but i love that i’ve read all the previous books because i’m so attached to the characters. this installment has crazy cultish white supremacists who kidnap medical examiner Sara Linton, and GBI agent (and sara’s boyfriend) Will Trent has to go undercover to save her. it was so good, i loved the cultish angel, the rantings of the leader made me so mad but i mean that was obviously the point. there’s also a whole CDC angle that i don’t want to talk too much about so i don’t spoil anything, but i loved it. also Sara and Will give me all the feels. i feel like this
