I had a hard time getting into this book. Don't get me wrong, it was very well written. But the first half of the book didn't hold me very well. This book is in Jane's POV and from the start she talks about her boys, her life, and her interest in Ty. I understood that she had a past that hurt, that her late husband did her wrong. But when crap starts happening she just hits the ground naively running and not thinking about how the consequences will not only affect her but everyone else in her life. She ends up putting herself in danger and because of that she almost loses Ty. However even though Ty said he's not in this for a relationship he can't help falling for Jane. That's when the book started to really click with me. Once Ty really inserts himself into her life the book got easier and easier for me to get into. I especially loved the bachelorette party and Ty's reaction, that was hilarious. I think this was a good book and a great start to a new series. *I voluntarily read an advanced copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.*

This is Book #1 in the Small Town Romance series. Single mom, Jane meets her neighbor, Ty, has she has a zing! Ty is a fireman.

Omg! Very funny! Goldie was something else. I loved that this was set in a small town. It was filled with romance, suspense, mystery, laughter, and a hot fireman. I can not wait to read Book #2, Montana Ice.
