I am reminded of the film Amadeus in that

the protagonist is given only enough talent to recognize the greater talent of another

. But it is so much more than that. Admittedly I knew going in this graphic novel was in my wheelhouse, I just didn't realize how much before I'd finished it. Absolutely outstanding in every way.

Really touching and well paced. I loved this art style so much, I read this in one day. No notes, a great and immersive read.
