Just a temporary DNF. It's just a difficult one to get through with the subject matter and while I think Hardy has a beautiful writing style, mentally I am not in the right headspace for this one right now.

Meh. Ugh. Just no. Maybe I wasn’t designed to love Hardy. Maybe I picked the wrong Hardy book. Maybe I just hate Tess. This was a struggle. I’m glad it’s over. I don’t feel enlightened or better off for meeting Tess. I feel like I wasted 2 days.

A palavra central desse livro é injustiça!
