If you don't want to read a management book, but know you should read a management book - this is for you! It's geared toward managing during changing times, but I'm at a loss as to when times aren't changing. At times charming and funny while being a bit oblique, it gets the job done, and quickly. A good way to convince even the most stodgy of leaders why they need to stay on their toes.

Привлекательная подача материала. Радует, что в формат "тающего айсберга" могут вписаться совсем разные проблем, совсем разных областей жизни. Сформулированные шаги и этапы помогут сохранить рациональный взгляд на вещи во время обнаружении неприятностей

Much more engaging, digestible, and practical than the vast majority of business books. I read this book at part of my company’s book club and am very excited to go to the discussion. It breaks down how to successfully implement change into 8 clear, organized steps. It also provides a good basis for personal and team reflection. What are your icebergs (problems) personal or professional? What role do you play in implementing change?

Had to read this for class I am taking and I have to say that this was very well written and the story line really connected with the understanding of change management. I really enjoyed the book.

I had to read this book for work, which made my experience a bit biased. However, as someone who works for a mid-sized company, I can say that the various characters depicted in the book are quite relatable and realistic. The book provides valuable insights into how people behave in the workplace, but it's important to take this book with a grain of salt and not rely on it as a textbook for dealing with difficult colleagues.

At least it was a short 2-3 h read, not too long.

Maybe I wasn't in the mood for another fable to help me be a better employee or maybe it wasn't that good of a fable. It wasn't horrible. It just didn't move me.
