I couldn't get enough of these two. Both of them are looking for love and acceptance. He doesn't think he deserves it. She believes everyone leaves eventually. Their honesty with each other was beautiful. Super spicy too!

Bit of a darker feel than book 1. They are best read in order. Loved the development of the mmc and how he overcomes his perceived weaknesses and faults. Also the strong survival instinct of the fmc and her big heart. A slow burn to get to the spice but with plenty of angst to keep you going

I enjoyed this one more than the first one. It was enjoyable and fun. I laughed and saved some of my favorite quotes.a few typos managed to pull me out of the story but nothing too drastic. I loved the characters learning about themselves and eachother. And the spicy scenes were great.
