Short review, to just express my thoughts.

This book is a retelling of the Red Riding Hood story, and wow, what a retelling it was. It was highly enjoyable, with a kick-ass Red Riding Hood, a scary guy named Wolf who is also very yummy and way better than that Prince Kai.

This book had a whole load of action, a bit of romance and a lot of adventure. It was really enjoyable to read and I got through it pretty fast, even though it was at times a bit confusing with the amount of POVs.

I would really recommend it to everyone. :)

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would...I'm finishing the series this week. I think the story lines were able to pick up and really take off after all the world building in Cinder. I liked the first one but not enough to read the second right away. It was worth it though since it helped to move the second and hopefully the rest of the books along.
