My kids (ages 4 and 6) have asked me to read this to them several times a day every day since we brought it home. Sadie is a quirky, imaginative girl who loves to read. I loved how Sadie's imagination is portrayed. The illustrations are beautiful and nuanced with hidden foxes and clues about Sadie hidden everywhere. I would purchase again as a gift.

A beautifully illustrated children’s book about stories, imagination, creativity, and being yourself. This was just charming to read! If I ever have kids I want to read this to them. 💜

Beautiful book about imagination--maybe more beautiful if you're an adult, but I think I would have liked it as a kid.

Sadie loves books and their power. She has opened new worlds by turning pages. Join her on her adorably-illustrated adventures!

The art in this book is beautiful. For some reason, I found it slightly depressing (probably because Sadie is all by herself), but it could be used to talk about how a person can live many lives through books.
