Still rivals but also lovers. Mostly lovers. Book 2 of Devon and Maddox's story.
"We were just a couple of in love fools in a trailer, trying not to admit how deeply we loved the softness."
This definitely sums up Devon and Maddox. This story was so good but also heartbreaking at times. Devon makes some bad decisions, Maddox has to pay the price. They're fighting their own family. Things seem pretty bleak for a while. But again, their HEA comes after a hard fought battle.
Both books were amazing, but I loved this one just a little bit more.

Edit : re-read as of 4th August 2024

I received an ARC and I am leaving a voluntary review of Lot 62.

Lot 62 is the second book in From Nothing series by Nordika Night. The first book is Garron Park and it is absolutely necessary to read Garron Park first. There are scenes which might be triggering for some readers so do proceed with caution.

Lot 62 revolves around Devon and Maddox, the MMCs. It follows the story about their happy life which is filled with struggles and how they come out of those struggles together stronger than before.

The first chapter opens up and it is with such an amazing line that I really wish their story never ends. I also love how worried Maddox was for Devon. We also get to see Nate and Xavi doing funny stuff and making us laugh. I love them so much.

I love how Devon is such a sentimental person and Maddox is right there for him, to love those sentiments and to knock that insecurity that Devon let builds up in his mind. This is the relationship between them that makes me fall in love with them even more
