A quick story that is told from two brothers pov, so a little bit of repitition.
Josh is pre-school when he first becomes aware of the arguments between his father and brother. Leon is 10 years older, hormones kicking in and likes to do things 'real men' don't, according to his father. Like Dance.
The father is a typified bigot - against his son, against his new meighbours, against anything that doesn't conform to his 'christian' beliefs.
Leon seems a good lad, spending time with his younger brother and especially with new neighbour Kalil.
Josh's recounting ends with Leon and Kalil leaving home.

Leon's story then covers some of the highlights from Josh, showing us his thoughts, and a brief resume of his and Kalil's intervening time in New York.
It ends with Josh and Leon reunited.

I just quite liked this, how strong Leon was and how the effects of home are great. Would have loved it as a longer story, giving more insight into New York, Mum and Josh meeting Kalil again etc
