Dla dzieci które kochają przygody i bajki oraz dla dorosłych, którzy już zapomnieli jak wspaniałym narzędziem jest ludzka wyobraźnia. Urocza i zarazem wzruszająca lektura.

So self-consciously folksy. Maudlin. Convoluted. And calling a character "the boy with a syndrome" for the entire book is unacceptable. Also, that dog would've been so sickly with the crap they fed him.

I learned an important lesson from this book. If you are not interested in a book by at least page 100, GIVE IT UP! This one did not get any better for me in spite of other reviewers saying to hang there until the end.
