If you’re struggling with self confidence or anxiety, this is the book for you. It follows the cognitive behavioral therapy structure with exercises for you to reflect and start working on yourself. From the perspective of someone who did cognitive behavioral therapy before, I find this book very well written and in some areas, better than the therapy I did previously. This is because of the level of detail in answered questions and explanations that help the reader understand multiple perspectives of the same topic, as well as having the blank templates to fill in and example templates completed already based on a scenario ( in case you can’t thing of a certain life event, you can read the examples and for sure you’ll think of something for yourself.
