Not as good as the first one but I still really enjoyed it. I loved seeing their relationship blossom and seeing more of who Tristan is. Loved the found family vibes. The plot progression at the end was also beautifully executed.

I like the characters and I'm interested in the story but the writing style makes me want to light my kindle on fire sometimes

Well, the writing didn’t get any better, if anything I saw more mistakes than in the last book but the plot remained intense and interesting so thank god for that. 

I might pick up the third book if I’m feeling like a quick read but we’ll see

I loved it.
It was the perfect “conclusion” for Morana and Tristan journey.
(Even though it remains some dark spots in the story - to be continued)

You can see a really improvement in the writting between the first book and this one. It is also a good surprise and it added a real + to my reading.

the romance was so good, the plot was really interesting, and i loved all the characters. some parts got a bit old at times (“voice of whiskey-and-sin”), but aside from that i really loved it!
