Selbst vom Lehrer!! Man man man.

Honestly a little disappointed in this one.
The return of monster blood is a pretty horrifying thought, and it definitely has potential.
But most of this book is just a kid complaining about the class hamster and running into trouble with the school bully. Only the last third of the book has anything really happening, and it builds up and deflates (ifkyk) in the space of 30 pages max.
It starts and is over almost immediately.

I enjoyed these characters coming back. However, it’s like they haven’t learned anything.

Quite literally just needed more action. I’d of figured there’d be a lot since it’s goosebumps but it was only really a few pages of the MAIN thing

2 stars. The Monster Blood books just aren’t good in my opinion. This continues on from the first Monster Blood but I didn’t like that one and this one was no better. The plot is a mess, the characters are unlikable and there’s nothing to really hold my attention. I never realized that there were so many duds in the Goosebumps but I’ll continue to read them for nostalgia sake but I think it’s time to start my Fear Street re-read as well.
