I liked being inside Aiden's head and seeing he isn't the total "Saint" he has been made out to be in the other books!

There aren't enough stars for this series. I think it'd going to be my favorite series, Ever. I'm loving every second of this ride!

Elixir is in Aidan's POV (finally! ;) Alex has just become the Apollyon and her connection with the First has consumed her. She is no longer the Alex we all know and love, she's a vessel for Seth's feelings and desires. Even her eyes have changed, no longer brown, but golden. The only way to break the connection is to put Alex on the Elixir, something Aidan promised would never happen, something that would kill him inside to do to her. But if it gives them more time to save her life is it worth it?

I have been dying to get inside Aidan's head, so I LOVE this novella. And it just made me yearn for Apollyon (April 9, 2013) all the more. Three more months. Three more months. Three more months.

This novella is told from Aiden's POV.

This novella shows how much Aiden will do for Alex and just how much he loves her.

He does not give up in his faith of her and does what he can to make things easier for her which, at most points, is not appreciated.

Aiden no longer struggles with his feelings for Alex, and now, no longer cares who knows how much she means to him.

We also see more from the Gods on the approaching war against the pures and half-bloods. We also see how much Apollo cares for Alex.

A good filler to gain greater prespective for the next novel Apollyon!!
