"The frost in on the pumpkins and the harvest moon shines bright when Halloween brings romance to the London townhouses and grand estates of Regency England."

I usually like these themed collections of short stories, but this one was very disappointing. The first story, Spellbound, was really silly. Without giving too much away, the ending was just sort of tacked on and all obstacles to the romance just vanished without explanation. The next story, The Soul of Indiscretion, was pretty good, but left a lot of things unexplained. But I did enjoy the last story, Moonlight Masquerade. A very nice couple who deserved to be together.
