I did not know this kind of manga existed and was pleasantly surprised. Also I was super happy to get a chance to read at least this version of the book, since it does not seem to be available as a „normal“ ebook.

I have some of the author’s books in paperback format and remember them very fondly. It was always hard to get them, and I wish that I will one day be able to complete my collection.

I’ll have to re-read the books by her that I own, and see if they still appeal as much to me. I remember being astonished at how nice her heroes were, compared to other historical romances I read at the time.

But back to this manga version of Knight‘s Lady: I am not used to reading manga, and they are hard on my eyes. But I did enjoy the story and some of the art quite a bit. I did laugh at the way this medieval people used expressions like „okey“ ;-) I am pretty sure that Barclay did not put that in the original.
