"no one ever said you had to pretend everything was okay," hermes said. "grief means we loved fiercely... and if that is all anyone has to say about either one of us in the end, i think we lived our best lives."

Being a fan of this author some might say I’m bias but it is everything I thought it would be. Amazingly well written. Especially for my dyslexic brain! The plot progression was slow but well worth it! Hades and Persephone‘s love makes me heart happy! I wonderful romance book!

This book was very up and down for me. While I love this series and the characters, I did not love the overall plot here. While I enjoy spice as much as the next girl, this book had A LOT. About every chapter/ every other chapter had some sort of sex scene in it.

Another gripe I had with the book itself was the lack of detail in intense scenes/fight scenes. If you enjoy the more intense scenes to be shorter and not drawn out, you’ll love this. There were a few scenes that I thought should’ve given both Hades and Persephone the chance to show what they can do, along with the other powerful gods.

Overall I did enjoy this book and am looking forward to the next one when it comes out in a few weeks. The author left it on a good cliff hanger.

I am loving A Touch of Malice. Loving it. Miss St. Clair, well done! Her research and her obsession of Greek Mythology really paid off. I want to grab the next book really bad.

So good!

Cliffhanger!

Hades and Persephone's story keeps my interest. The love they have for each other, the strength that she doesn't even know she possesses. Hades worships her, she draws her magic from her emotions and she wants nothing but to protect those she loves. The ending of this one though...Wow! I'm screaming that the rest of the story isn't out yet. I'll be impatiently waiting for November and going back to actually read them in order since I've missed books 2 and 4. This series is well worth the read
