Overall, I enjoyed this book. There was a part about midway through where the dialogue got a bit... strange. it seemed like the author ran out of steam or something. Instead of actual dialogue, it felt like the characters were reading out a synopsis of the main leads. Howewer, that was limited to that middle portion and the book recovered nicely, in my opinion.

At all the people blacklisting this book and the author bc they found out Prem refers to his willy as Charlie, I have a few things to say. 1) grow up, 2) y'all yuck this then read other books with more egregious literary crimes and don't blink an eye...why?, 3) Prem is a fuckboy did you expect anything else? He's a silly little airhead with an ego the size of his dick what else was he going to do besides name it smh.

Anyways. Solid book. Loved that this book is an ode to elder sisters in brown housholds, we do be carrying the family legacy on our backs only to be handed off in marriage like we're burdens. Hate to see it.

I loved how this pulled from both Shakespeare's original text but also riffed on the vibes of 10 Things I Hate About You. The writing was hilarious and engaging. The characters were incredibly lovable and I would go to bat for Kareena in the blink of an eye. The smut is next level. I love the chaos of this book and I can't wait for the rest of this series!!
