it is not really a whole story, it's a (nice) plot idea. nothing is truly developed. and being a short story is not an excuse to not make development on at least one of the themes you are bringing up in your story.

Short and sweet but filled with emotion. I was pleasantly surprised by this and how it made me feel, I cried multiple times while reading. It made me think of my own sister and how much I miss her. This book makes me feel warm inside if that makes any sense. Anyway I loved it and couldn’t put it down, definitely recommend!
