Alekos walked into his office expecting to see his normal mousy PA after her month of vacation and found a siren instead.
Sara went from “Ms. Mouse” to hot and sexy! While they had a great working relationship and friendship, her new look added a whole new dimension to their relationship- lust.
It was great watching Alekos and Sara try to fight the lust brewing between them. Alekos’ brothers death made him leery of love and played a huge part in how he reacted to Sara.
Sara’s bitter mother raised her with the belief that men want only one thing and after getting it, they will throw you out like the trash.
These two had a lot of ancient history to overcome before they could move forward with a relationship. Then the unthinkable happens and Sara and Alekos share a devastating loss that changes their relationship.
This was a really good read. I loved Alekos’ playful side. He was a fun hero. Sara was a bit buttoned up but her helped her relax. *grin* They had amazing chemistry and were not a boring couple. A fun read that I recommend highly.
