I really liked both characters, and enjoyed Kyle in his small role in the first book, so I'm happy he got his own book. The characters have great chemistry and had a lot of realistic hurdles they had to jump (age difference, Eric not being out yet, etc) to finally get together, which I enjoyed.
Maybe where this book fell a bit flat for me is that eventually all of the books in this series just feel like they have 2 sex scenes too many.

Okay Eric and Kyle were fun! And hot. I was a little frustrated with Eric’s tunnel vision regarding the age gap, tbh. But I guess for some people it IS a real issue

definitely enjoyed this one more than books one and 3. obvs heated rivalry is still elite.
