A hallmark movie in book form. A cute little read about finding love in places you never thought.

I read this book and then listened to the audio version a year later. Julia Whelan makes this book even more fabulous than the paper version. The growth that Nora has in the book is astounding and makes me feel joy she is getting the help she needs to resolve the issues from her childhood. But this book is all about relationships. Nora's relationships with her sister, her mother, the city she loves, Charlie, her nieces, and even her brother-in-law are woven together and just so solid. I laughed, I cried, I smiled. This book will make you feel all the feels.

Utter perfection. Every thread has a purpose, every sentence is meaningful. I loved the world built with so many carefully placed layers, the characters with such depth, the many different stories all coming together in an ending I didn’t see coming but is so beautiful and right it should have been obvious. I am obsessed with Emily Henry.
