A slow-moving mystery that ends in a befuddling manner which is somehow predictable and incomprehensible at the same time. The writing quickly grows stale and the triply stacked mysteries are tied up way too neatly. None of the characters approach likability, let alone draw the readers interest. An editor should have chopped two hundred pages and at least one of the plot threads.

Hell of a twist at the end, but unfortunately not enough to make up for the rest of the book which was disappointing throughout. Dry, slow and honestly pretty boring, plus containing characters who actively don't like each other and are so one-dimensional they aren't even fun to learn more about.
Cool concept, poor execution.
