4.75 out of 5 Stars: I felt this why choose was written for me. I related to Celeste's heartache and pain when Kourtney first hurt her, except my experience wasn't as sweet and I didn't get the full time when I was younger.
That being said I was a bit hurt that I felt Kourtney talked over Celeste and didn't apologize sooner. Jason is honestly book boyfriend material. The way he loved, cared, and accepted these women. He never let them feel ashamed or guilty, validated their thoughts and feelings. I loved the nicknames they all had. I adored seeing them being okay being child free. It makes me feel validated anytime I read stories with this choice.
The pan and bi rep made my heart sing and the way it was okay to be yourself and not be ashamed as long as everyone is consenting adults and you're not hurting anyone. Love is Love.
One of the most important themes was talking about the discrimination in sports especially hockey, It is a topic that needs to be talked about more.
The spice was so yummy and hot and I loved that Jason submitting to Celeste, wished there was more scenes with him being a "Good Boy". I loved the wedding scene and the vows I hope my future love will be as deep and good. Jason's vows especially is what made me feel he is Pan. I will forever be thinking about these characters past their they lived happily. I would've given it a 5 but it hurt my feelings a bit with my shared experience. Maybe I will be able to reread it again one day and not be hurt to have been a Dirty little Secret. I definitely will read the other book and new books in this series.

In the beginning some of the interactions between the established couple and other female protagonist seemed very coercive.hannahmichele5's review
