Aangenaam.
Mooie sfeerzettingen...
Mooi taalgebruik.
Vlotte stories.
Spelen zich wel allemaal af in een niet-onmiddellijke tijd en plaats, dus je hebt een sprong van je verbeelding nodig.

A wonderful collection of life affirming, grim, macabre, and imaginative stories that read with a quick pace and always stick the landing. The Gondoliers is one of my new favorite short stories

too slow paced and literary for my mood, but the bog body story was dope, would consider revisiting

“Orange World” is captivating and memorable, I found myself turning the stories over in my head long after finishing them. Russell writes with such a mesmerizing blend of familiarity and foreignness that each story feels like a dream remembered from childhood.
