Love this book. Second Chance romance love story. Didn't want to stop reading it. Loved every second. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

On Thin Ice is book 2 in the Bedroom Games series from Piper Rayne and they have once again have produced comedy GOLD. Dax and Demi are up this time and we’re about to find out about the bad blood between the two!

Hooking up during the last Winter Classic seemed like a good idea at the time but Dax and Demi were on different pages as to what it all really meant. Ever since, Demi has been less than civil towards Dax. A much needed night out with their friends has Demi and Dax right back to where they started a few years back. This time, however, both know the score from the start and no feelings will be involved. Right?!?

I loved this book! Piper Rayne knows how to write that douchebag guy that you just want to hate...but you can’t once you read his story. Dax is that guy and I loved seeing Demi bring him to his knees. Hot sex, excellent banter, and chemistry that was off the charts made On Thin Ice an excellent book! I’m totally sucked into the series and its absolute perfect timing with the Olympics coming up tomorrow! I’ll be looking to see who my Dax and Demi are ;)

I LOVED this book so much! There's always that one character in a series that's the asshole manwhore you can't stand..... well that's Dax! He drove me nuts in Cold As Ice but I knew sooner or later he would have one fiesty woman who would bring him to his knees..... that's Demi! The two of them together was nothing short of witty banter, laugh out loud moments and hot as hell sexy times with so much chemistry they were burning up the pages. Piper Rayne never fails to provide a read that will suck you in and never let you go.

Great read, love the characters in the story - well developed and the plot was on point. It is interesting how one person can change another person's idea of love and relationships.

I won an ARC in a giveaway.

Dax "Soups" Campbell is a snowboarder who is competing at the Winter Classics and is hoping for a repeat of his last Gold Medal performance.

Demi Harrison is a US skier who has just been dumped by her French boyfriend as he does not wnat to be in a relationship while at the Classics. She is coached by her mother who is a three time Gold Medal winner and who expects the best from Demi.

Four years ago at the last Classics Dax and Demi had a brief fling and Demi is still mad at how it ended but their chemistry is still sizzling and one thing leads to another and Dax is thinking maybe Demi is his lucky charm?

Will Dax use Demi as his lucky charm while at the games and what will happen when the Classics are done?

This was such a great book with so many laughs from start to end!

Dax was such an awesome character as he had so much personality and was the joker who loved to get a rise out of others. He had quite the reputation as a ladies man but there was one woman who definitely did not want him - Demi. She hated him but she could not deny how attracted she was to him. I found it super sad to read about Dax's family and it broke my heart to see how they treated him.

Demi was another great character who had her own issues. She was headstrong in a certain manner but I think it had to do with her having no control over any other part of her life. I felt bad that she was dumped by here French skier boyfriend and it was interesting how he kept reappearing though out the book.

I loved looking at each of the families of Dax and Demi and how different they were but how each had their own issues with them. I was sad at what Demi accidentally reveals to her ex but I know she did not do it on purpose. I am just worried that it will eventually come out in the next book.

The end had me worried but I loved that it went back to where it started from and it was such an awesome choice!

I am looking forward to seeing what happens next with Beckett and Skylar!!

As soon as I heard that Piper Rayne, one of my favourite writing duos, were writing a new series of standalones centred around the Winter Olympics, I was ridiculously excited! I love Piper Rayne, sports romances, and the Winter Olympics...so what's not to love? Now that I've read the first and second books, I can tell you that it's exactly what I hoped it would be and I love it all! These books are fun, they're sexy, sweet, and I couldn't put them down!

After finishing (and LOVING) the first book in the Bedroom Games Series, COLD AS ICE, I couldn't wait to read Dax and Demi's story! Then once I started ON THIN ICE, I couldn't put it down!

Dax and Demi were fantastic! Their chemistry was off the charts, and the story was wonderful. I'm a sucker for stories with hate-to-love and second chance romances, so I loved the combination of tropes that Piper Rayne used in this story! Dax and Demi were intense, and I loved seeing their relationship shift and grow, and how well they complemented each other! I really enjoyed how snowboarding and skiing fit into the story, too!

Along with Dax and Demi, I loved getting to see what was happening with Mia and Grady (the main character's from the first book, COLD AS ICE), and I loved the peek at what Skylar and Beckett's relationship is like (their book is next!). I'm really enjoying the group dynamics in this series, and I really can't wait to see what happens in the next book in the Bedroom Games Series, BREAK THE ICE!

Overall, I thought that ON THIN ICE was amazing! It was exactly what I wanted from a sports romance set during the Olympics, and I loved the main characters, Dax and Demi! ON THIN ICE was a fast-paced romance that had me eager to read more, and I think that anyone who loves hate-to-love and second chance romances will enjoy it! If you're like me and you also love sports romances, I think you'll absolutely love it!

I actually finished a book this week. I don't know why I'm being so weird with my reading. This wasn't my favourite one by Rayne. I have bigger hopes for the next one!

Happy reading!
