WOWWWWWWWWWWW this was so action packed and the romantic tension throughout basically 75% of it was so worth the wait!!! My heart aches for Rhys and Feyre, but GOSH the gossip is juicy at the end

this absolutely blew the first book out of the water

also did not expect all the twists with tamlin but am very okay with where it went since feyre and rhys are way better

love the emphasis on women's autonomy and power!!

I have this feeling that no matter how I reread this book I will always be surprised by its events.
I am totally in love with Rhys, Feyre, Cassian, Azriel, Nesta, Elain, Amren and Mor. Their characters and personalities are easy to understand, except maybe for Nesta for she is sometimes- most of the time- hard to get, but that doesn’t prevent me from loving her. I adored her with Cassian and I feel that they make a hilarious and amusing relationship!
As for Feyre and Rhysand, I have loved them from the first couple of conversations! And the way he took her from the wedding had left me speechless and so full of adoration towards Rhysand... and when he told her about the mating bond himself after the suriel did, it made me so emotional and left me in tears when he mentioned the part about the night sky that she once painted long time ago... fate!
Tamlin... in which way shall I kill him? I know, I know he wanted to return Feyre, but what he did WAS NOT RIGHT at all! I hate him so much now, even more than before for he neglected Feyre after the events of Amarantha and how he didn’t even realize about her ill health!
Lucien... I feel kind of pity towards him, specially when he sensed the mating bond between him and Elain and how he seemed so... vulnerable and shocked when she came out of the Couldron.
I feel so bad for Elain and Nesta, specially Elain; she is so innocent and was so happy and filled with life. Now she is the exact opposite! I have this feeling that Nesta will take good revenge from the king of Hybern and I can’t wait for it. YOU GO GIRL!
As for Azriel... he is so adorable, I don’t know why or how Mor can’t see the way he loves her from the past... 500 YEARS! Or why she is ignoring it if she knew. It’s so sad, I really want Az to be happy.
Why haven’t I picked up these books before?

Definitely better than the first, the cast of characters and the found family trope is always a good one.
