This book kept sitting on the back burner to finish, not because it wasn’t good, just I kept starting new books. This story was eye opening. So many things were brought up in this book that everyone should read and learn about. Not only was this a feel good love story but man did they get into some serious stuff. Give it a read, you won’t regret it

I found this book to be an easy read, very cute, and relatable as a trans person. Definitely a good read for anyone!

i read this really fast, and enjoyed my time. it was a good book! the only thing was the soccer scenes dragged on for so long that i would become really bored during those parts and it would lose me

I'm OBSESSED. This is definitely in my top 3 books this year. It's like an American trans-masc Heartstopper and I love it.

1. The side characters were flat. 2. Autistic people are not problems.
This was okay, I guess. I liked the diversity in it and it was a quick read. Other than that it really fell short for me.

This was such a sweet book. I really enjoyed following along on Spencer’s journey. It did take a little while for me to fully get into it, and I didn’t particularly love the elements that were focused on soccer, but that was my personal preference. It was nice to have a story about coming out that was focused around something else though (eg. The soccer team). I loved Theo, he was a lovely dude character, and I loved how supportive his teammates were!! Justice annoyed me sometimes, but I felt for him massively and thought the ending was super cute!!
