I could never in any shape or form be described as a Friendaholic, but I found so much relatable in this book that it took me by surprise - especially the moments where I found myself crying.
I am always stunned by Elizabeth Day’s own honesty and openness, as well as the seeming kindness and grace that she gives to people - those she knows and those unknown to her that she interviews on her podcast. This book is a reflection of that.

An interesting and important take on different types and aspects of friendship throughout different life stages.
Friendship tapes added more perspectives to the book making it relevant to almost anyone.
A good book to gift to your friends.
