A deviation from Whitney G's steamy romances, this thrilling trilogy is all things amazing. Suspenseful, steamy, dark, heart racing, I could go on! It's one of those stories that makes you go "Holy S#!t" and turn the pages faster and faster. I did NOT see that coming and I am HERE for it!
I loved every minute of this trilogy. From the start, as stated, the story is not what it seems. It's not a romance, it's so much more! Dark and intense, steamy and seductive. It kept me on my toes and I enjoyed it from start to finish. I'm actually REALLY glad I waited until the Legacy of Lies was getting ready to release because I might have had a meltdown if I hadn't been able to pick up the next one and find out what happens!

I enjoyed this series. We follow Michael and Meredith and see how the past and secrets bring them together. Do they go their separate ways or stay together in the end? You will have to read it to find out. Quick read with some twists.

Definitely enjoyed this Whitney G.
The way the story was told - loved it. Loved that Michael tries to convince me that he's not changing... Love that the Meredith wasn't completely helpless.

I mean, I would have loved a greater contrast between Michael and Trevor and a little darker when it came to their revenge on their personal list. But I loved it all the same.

Entertaining and predictable

Maybe I’ve watched too many crime shows and movies. The series started in a very unique way. I understood that there were three parts, so when the first ended, I was excited to keep going. The idea of a hitman saving his mark was very interesting. But as it went on, I wanted more detail, more insight. The story was very surface level and i would’ve enjoyed more detail into both characters’ lives. As the third installment began, I expected more than the predictable ending that happened. The rest was so twisted that I was hoping for a twisted ending too. I was entertained, but I had hoped for more. Still a worthwhile read!

I enjoyed this. Whitney G yknow is always going to be a solid read.
Feeling very called out by Michael’s monologue lol
I didn’t really love how Meredith wanted in on Michael’s. Personally those storylines just aren’t for me.
