From what ive read so far, this is the clearest example of Socratic Questioning in action

I'm gaining an understanding of Socratic questioning now. For a while I've heard the phrase and sort of known what it meant. Now I have examples (very good for a visual person). I followed the logic! I am glad the questions were not put to me on the spot. I would have had a melt down.

Next up: The Clouds (Aristophanes) which looks like a play. Oh boy.

I translated this dialogue in order to complete my undergraduate minor in Greek. All of my other Greek courses were in Koine (Biblical) Greek. I took this course through the University of Wisconsin, Madison's extension program. Dr. Matthew Hogan was my professor. That was 27 years ago.
