After going on a horrible date Kailene decided to put an ad out in her magazine seeking a man to connect with. Rux was featured in his home towns magazine which just so happen to be the same magazine Kailene put her ad in and couldn’t help but respond to Kai.

This was another cute story, I always love how Nicole Falls puts cute kids in her stories. Rux was a single father raising a daughter who had a lot of personality and I just loved little Low Low. Rux was a big football type of guy and I was here for it. I did however feel like Kai and Rux chemistry was a little more toned down than I am used to in a Nicole Falls book. Usually I can feel the chemistry coming off the pages but I didn't feel that this book. There was also a lack of sex scenes so there was no sexual chemistry at all. When I read a romance I want the hot sex scenes and usually Nicole gives us that but she didnt this time. I mean not at all, the kisses weren’t even panty wetting kisses. So while it was a good storyline I needed more chemistry.

Very nice

I enjoyed this. The premise was something I haven't read before. I liked the flow. Plenty of laughs. Kai and Rux were a cute couple.

This was so cute. Kai and Rux meet through a newspaper add and then realize that they have friends in common, but have never been in the same spaces. This was such a cozy read.

A cute little read...

This was a good story. Wasn’t as funny as her other books and it was a bit drier than normal. But it was a good love story about two people that overcame their own internal battles and find each other. I was a bit confused why she was adamant about wanting to place an ad in the newspaper, but I guess it worked out for her in the end.

3 stars b/c it wasn’t my favorite and I couldn’t wait to be done with it.

Old fashioned meeting

What happens when you have everything you want career wise but no one special to share it with? Kai decides to go the new age way of dating apps, at first. Once she has a particularly odd encounter at Applebees, she decides to impulsively put an ad in the paper. That ad turns into an interesting and sweet situation with Rux. There were plenty of humorous moments with little Harlow stealing the spotlight. Kai's sisterhood with Celestine and Corin was really strong. Wes and Rux were pretty great guys.
Overall, this story was well written with plenty of likeable characters. Once
Kai got out of her head and followed her heart, magic happened. Great job
